Primavera Gala Dinner and Art Auction at BoxGrove on Saturday, 12 September 2026 is our Society's premier fundraising event of the year. Arrive from 5.30pm for twilight drinks until late. Courtesy bus from Bathurst to the venue and returns are provided by Bathurst Tours.

Bathurst has a rich and enduring history as a home to art and artists, stretching back to our First Nations heritage. Art and culture play significant roles in our society, providing the identity of the community and as a catalyst for social change. 

As grants from government funding are becoming increasingly competitive with a shrinking amount available, it is incumbent upon our Society to step up to raise funds for one of the oldest and significant regional art galleries in NSW, Bathurst Regional Art Gallery, to ensure that it can continue to bring significant touring exhibitions and produce special programs or projects for our community, as well as conserve existing artworks and acquire examples of significant fine arts for their permanent collection.

In response, Bathurst Regional Art Gallery Society (BRAGS Inc.) ONCE again invites the community to step up and show their support by attending Primavera – a fundraising gala dinner and art auction at BoxGrove on Saturday 12 September 2026.

Funds raised from PRIMAVERA will go directly towards supporting exhibitions, conservation of artworks, artist programs and audience engagement initiatives at Bathurst Regional Art Gallery that bring culture and creativity to our community.
